http://www.trainsem.com/ The site is four years old and has grown in phases: 2007: Built site with Joomla 2007: Classroom SEO training only 2008: Added Moodle based online SEO training + iDevAffiliate 2011: Replaced Joomla with WordPress (no protected content) 2011: Added consulting 2011: Replaced Moodle with Efront + aMember Pro 2011: Added online social media courses 2012: More courses coming up I also have http://www.trainsem.com.au/which has been kept as a redirector to the .com site. The issue is that the .com site has too many navigation paths and the user has to click too many pages to get to the point of purchase. Is the home page design the main barrier to this? Consulting (mostly local) provides over 95% of the revenues. I am leaning towards moving this information to the .com.au site. Please try to look at the site as a potential customer and give your feedback. Thanks in advance.
