location of phtml file to edit help desk layout?

    can anyone tell me which file I have to edit to edit the helpdesk/tickers section the user sees when they are logged in?

    You'd probably want to focus on the template files in /application/helpdesk/views/helpdesk and css files /application/helpdesk/views/public/css
